1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Artist Musical platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Artist Musical provides digital music distribution services to independent artists and rights holders. We distribute your music to streaming platforms including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Deezer, and other digital service providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal right to distribute the content submitted.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your information up to date.

5. Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of your masters and copyrights. Artist Musical does not claim any ownership rights over your music. We act solely as a distribution partner and do not acquire any intellectual property rights in your content.

6. Distribution Rights

By submitting content through our Service, you grant Artist Musical a non-exclusive license to:

• Distribute your content to digital streaming platforms worldwide
• Use your artist name, likeness, and album artwork for promotional purposes
• Collect and process royalty payments on your behalf

7. Revenue and Payments

• Standard plan: Artist Musical retains 20% of royalties generated
• Pro plan: Artist Musical retains 15% of royalties generated
• Royalties are paid out monthly via bank transfer or PayPal
• Minimum payout threshold: $25 USD

8. Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains unauthorized samples or covers
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Contains hate speech, explicit threats, or illegal material

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Artist Musical will initiate takedown requests from all platforms. Final royalty payments will be processed within 90 days of termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

Artist Musical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total royalties paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
